Nazir Din
Co-founder of Rise Hospitality and a successful entrepreneur and business leader with over 30 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Born in Mozambique in 1959 and of Indian origin, Din moved to Portugal in 1974 and began his entrepreneurial career as a receptionist in a small hotel.
With a remarkable instinct and vision for business management, Din co-founded the AZINOR & SANA Hotels Group in 1986 and has since led the company as CEO and Chairman to become a conglomerate of over 50 companies operating worldwide in tourism, hospitality, and international trade.
Aside from his contributions to the business world, Din is an active member of the Ismaili Community and has held various leadership roles. He has been recognized with numerous honours and awards, including the "Grand Officer of the Order of Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial Merit" and the Silver Medal of Tourism Merit from the Portuguese Secretary of State for Tourism.
With his wealth of experience and expertise in the industry, Din now brings his visionary leadership and entrepreneurial spirit to Rise Hospitality as Co-founder.





Chady Cherry
Co-founder of Rise Hospitality, an industry veteran with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Chady Cherry has been an integral part of the hospitality and nightlife industry for several years. Born and raised in Lebanon, Cherry first began his career in London before moving to Dubai in 2006. There, he was involved in the opening and management of several establishments, including Boudoir Restaurant and Club, The 400 Club, Kitsuni Japanese Restaurant, Cirque De Soir, Play Restaurants and Lounge, Bo House, and Cavalli Club.
Cherry's passion for hospitality brought him to Bahrain in 2017, where he joined the opening management team of Play, a popular nightclub in the area. Since then, Cherry has been instrumental in introducing new concepts to Bahrain's hospitality industry. As an Operations Director, he oversaw the opening and management of several successful venues, including Bagatelle, Play Bahrain, Black Tap, The Terrace, Opa Restaurant, Stage club, Scalini, Bagatelle. and Bushido.
For Cherry, working in the industry is more than just a job – it's a lifestyle. He finds joy in delivering the right concepts for each brand and ensuring that guests have the best possible dining and cultural experiences. Cherry understands the importance of maintaining the international standards of each brand while also infusing the atmosphere and culture of each restaurant into its operation.
